New Channel Developments provides both sales development advice and sales consultancy services, together with the provision of sales agents who are prepared to make numerous calls, emails, and then to personally visit target retailers, and wholesalers.
We specialise in consumer retail products & services.
We work for our clients on a very simple basis, in that we charge a monthly retainer to cover our labour costs, and we ask for a sales commission to reward our successes.
Normally we do NOT charge expenses for travel, meetings, or basic sales material… giving you a predictable cost for our professional services.


Payment of Fees & Commissions – Our Conditions
Payment should be made in full to New Channel Developments in respect of each invoice within 14 days of the invoice date.
To facilitate this we recommend that the Client uses GoCardless, which is a Direct Debit payment facility sponsored by RBS bank. We will set this up for the Client.
Termination of Services must be made in writing, giving notice as specified in the particular Proposal made by New Channel Developments.
In case of termination of the agreement by the client, not justified my gross misconduct of New Channel Developments, we have the right under EU Legislation to compensation equivalent to the average of the last 3 years commission remunerations, payable immediately.
In the event of an invoice becoming overdue, then we reserve the right to withdraw any and all Services without notice. We also reserve the right to charge early termination costs equivalent to one month’s fee.
Any outstanding balances after the payment due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 5% per month above the prevailing Bank of England’s base rate until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. Additionally we reserve the right to enforce Statutory Late payment charges and interest, as set by the Late Payment Legislation Directive 2011/7/EU.
New Channel Developments reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding balances remaining unpaid via collection Agencies and/ or through the relevant Claims Court. In such circumstances, the Client shall be liable for any and all additional administrative costs, collection Agency costs, recovery commission and any legal and/ or court costs.
